His disciplined management style was further shaped by his career as a professional firefighter, where he honed resilience, crisis management, and a strong respect for safety protocols.

Specializing in industrial coatings through the National Association of Coating Engineers, Dunne has managed large-scale projects in the potash, piping, and natural resource sectors, as well as city bridge expansions and stadium construction. He has led multidisciplinary teams on complex, multi-billion-dollar projects, consistently delivering results on time, within budget, and above industry standards.

As the former Director of Training and Apprenticeship at the Alberta Carpenters Training Centre, Belliveau led curriculum planning, staff management, and strategic partnerships, elevating workforce standards across the province. He also served as a respected Scaffold and Carpentry Instructor, known for his hands-on teaching and mentorship.

In his current role at Taurus Projects Group, Belliveau applies his expertise to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. A Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with numerous safety and instructional certifications, he actively contributes to Alberta’s Safety Codes Council.
