Bruce Bartlett

Bruce is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a B.A. in Mathematics, high honors in Accounting, Bentley College—Certified Public Accountant.

He also served in the United States Naval Reserves for six years.

• 2012 Bridgewater State University (Founded in 1840 by Horace Mann as the first permanent state college for the education of teachers) has named the College of Science and Mathematics the Bartlett College of Science and Mathematics after he and his wife. The college produces the highest number of hired science and math teachers in the state of Massachusetts.
• 2016 Recipient of Honorary Doctorate Degree from Bridgewater State University.
• 2020 Honorary Doctorate Degree in History from the University of Arizona.
• April 23, 2020 voted Honorary Trustee by the New England Historic Genealogical Society.

Dylan Fulton

President

Dylan Fulton, a distinguished alumnus of Louisiana State University, boasts a wealth of industrial service experience. Over the years, he has excelled in diverse roles encompassing safety, marketing, operations, and administration. Fulton’s impact leaves a positive imprint on those he encounters. Notably, he has been instrumental in bolstering a safety culture and fostering an environment where the well-being of others takes precedence. Fulton’s leadership has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the organizations he has been affiliated with, driving them toward new heights of success.

Mark Sammis

After graduating from McNeese State University, Mark Sammis embarked on a career in the intersection of industrial safety and human resources. Throughout his professional journey, Sammis has consistently prioritized addressing the fundamental challenges that impact the scaffolding industry. His expertise lies in employee selection, retention, and on-site customer integration, which plays a pivotal role in setting our company apart from the competition. Brendan Dunne

General Manager

With decades of experience across multiple industries, Brendan Dunne is a seasoned leader known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to safety and integrity.

Dunne began his career in metal fabrication and manufacturing, gaining a deep understanding of technical processes in the mining and quarry industries worldwide. His disciplined management style was further shaped by his career as a professional firefighter, where he honed resilience, crisis management, and a strong respect for safety protocols.

Specializing in industrial coatings through the National Association of Coating Engineers, Dunne has managed large-scale projects in the potash, piping, and natural resource sectors, as well as city bridge expansions and stadium construction. He has led multidisciplinary teams on complex, multi-billion-dollar projects, consistently delivering results on time, within budget, and above industry standards.

Known for fostering a culture where safety is non-negotiable, Dunne emphasizes accountability, transparency, and open communication. As General Manager, he is dedicated to sustainable growth and operational excellence, prioritizing people, precision, and performance.

Robert Danforth

Senior Project Manager

With decades of experience in the construction and maintenance industry, Robert Danforth is a results-driven leader recognized for his ability to deliver complex projects with precision and care.

Colin Belliveau

Senior Project Coordinator

Colin Belliveau brings decades of field experience and educational leadership to Alberta’s construction sector. His career spans key roles in project coordination, site supervision, and trade instruction, making him a vital contributor to both field operations and workforce development.

As the former Director of Training and Apprenticeship at the Alberta Carpenters Training Centre, Belliveau led curriculum planning, staff management, and strategic partnerships, elevating workforce standards across the province. He also served as a respected Scaffold and Carpentry Instructor, known for his hands-on teaching and mentorship.

In his current role at Taurus Projects Group, Belliveau applies his expertise to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. A Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with numerous safety and instructional certifications, he actively contributes to Alberta’s Safety Codes Council. Belliveau’s dedication to safe, skilled, and future-focused construction practices makes him an invaluable asset to the industry.

Kirsten Mclevin

Senior Accounting Manager

Kirsten Mclevin is a strategic and results-oriented accounting leader with over a decade of experience, primarily in the industrial construction industry.

As Senior Accounting Manager for Bartlett Group Canada, Mclevin combines technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style to ensure transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency in all financial processes. She is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions that address unique operational challenges.

Mclevin is equally committed to mentoring financial professionals and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within her team. Her ability to align financial strategies with business objectives makes her an invaluable asset to Bartlett and its clients.

Cody Finley

Operations Manager

Cody Finley is a results-driven Operations Manager with over two decades of experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing operations for major industrial and infrastructure projects across Western Canada.

Finley has a proven track record of supporting multi-billion-dollar initiatives by implementing best practices to optimize material flow, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure timely delivery of construction and maintenance materials. His expertise spans warehouse and laydown yard operations, inventory management, asset recovery, procurement coordination, and contractor/vendor relations.

Known for building high-performing teams and fostering collaborative work environments, Finley promotes a strong safety culture across diverse workforces. He is technically proficient in RFID tracking systems and material control platforms and has extensive experience working with unionized and non-unionized labor, international teams, and EPC contractors on complex, fast-paced construction sites, including oil sands, petrochemical plants, LNG facilities, and infrastructure projects.
